Associate Professor of the Institute of Folklore Delivered a Master Class in Tashkent
Aynur Ibrahimova, Associate Professor and leading researcher at the Institute of Folklore of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, delivered a master class titled “Relations between Azerbaijani and Uzbek folklore studies” at the Yunus Rajabi Uzbek National Institute of Musical Art in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
The master class was organized within the framework of the “Cultural Laboratory” project of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Heydar Aliyev, operating under the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Uzbekistan. During her speech, the scholar provided information on the historical roots of folklore relations between the two countries, their comparative features and development prospects, as well as issues related to the preservation of intangible cultural heritage.
The event was attended by students, young researchers and field specialists, interactive discussions were held and questions were answered.
It should be noted that Aynur Ibrahimova was awarded a certificate of appreciation for the high-level presentation of the master class.
