On March 19, 2026, Vusala Roma gizi Nasibova, a senior research fellow of the department “Mythology” of the Institute of Folklore of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, was awarded the scientific title of Associate Professor in the field of philological sciences 5719.01 - Folklore Studies by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 5, 2026 for her scientific activity.

It should be noted that Vusala Nasibova is the author of 2 monographs in her specialty, more than 30 scientific reports and articles.
