At the event held at the Presidium of ANAS on February 2 - Azerbaijan Youth Day, a group of young scientists and specialists distinguished by their scientific and social activities were awarded by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. The young employee of the ANAS Institute of Folklore was also among the awardees.

Jamila Novruzova, a doctoral student and junior researcher at the Institute of Folklore, was awarded the with the diploma of “Young Scientist of the Year”.

At the same time the Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, Saadat Ibrahimli, participated in the event dedicated to February 2 - Youth Day, organized on the theme “Heydar Aliyev’s youth policy and modern youth” and delivered a report entitled “The main principles of Heydar Aliyev’s youth policy”.

At the event, Saadat Ibrahimli was awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Yasamal District Youth and Sports Sector.

It should be noted that ANAS is implementing consistent measures to stimulate the scientific activity of young people, develop their intellectual potential and integrate them into the scientific environment. These achievements of the young scientists of the Institute of Folklore are the clear example of the healthy scientific environment formed at the institute and the attention paid to young people.
