Narmin Ramiz gizi Babayeva, the research worker at the Department of Mythology of the Institute of Folklore of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philology in the specialty 5719.01 - Folklore Studies by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 5, 2025.

It should be noted that the scientist’s works on his PhD dissertation on the topic “Semantics of Etiological Myths in Azerbaijani Folklore” have been published in a number of local and foreign journals.
