This year 63 research works covering 9 topics in 4 problem areas have been carried out by 12 scientific departments at the Institute of Folklore of ANAS.

AZERTAC reports that it was mentioned by Hikmat Guliyev, Director of the Institute of Folklore, Doctor of Sciences in Philology, at a meeting of the Scientific Council dedicated to the report on the scientific and scientific-organizational activities for 2025. The director, who presented the report, said that in accordance with the relevant decision of the Presidium of ANAS, the discussion of the reports of the scientific research departments of the Institute of Folklore for the current year began in November. This year, for the first time, reports from departments were heard at expanded meetings of the Scientific Council - in a hybrid format, with joint discussion among the institute staff.
