On the 5^th of December in 2025 Elnara Huseyn gizi Emirli, a leading scientific researcher of the department “Folklore of Turkic Peoples” of the Institute of Folklore of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, was awarded the scientific title of Associate Professor in the field of philological sciences 5719.01 - Folklore Studies for her scientific activity by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 27, 2025.

It should be noted that E. Amirli is the author of 2 monographs, more than 50 scientific reports and articles in her specialty, the collector and compiler of 1 collection of folklore materials and the compiler of 4 books.
