The next meeting of the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences was held. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the tasks set by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the 80^th anniversary meeting of ANAS.

The meeting also honored the employees of ANAS who have made contributions to science and actively participated in the 80^th anniversary events.

Director of the Institute of Folklore, Doctor of Sciences in Philology, Associate Professor Hikmat Guliyev was awarded with the “Breast Badge of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences” prepared on the occasion of the 80^th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
