Leading researcher of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, PhD., Associate professor Elchin Galiboglu was a guest of the public radio program “Jan Azerbaijan”. At the program it was talked about the history of the development of Azerbaijani music art, ashiq art, its connection with Azerbaijani culture and art in general.

Celebrating the 150^th anniversary this year, 3 books dedicated to Kalvali Ali Dede’s activity, the master of contemporary Azerbaijani music art such as “KALVALİ ALI DEDE, the master of Azerbaijani zurna-balaban playing art-150” by Professor Ilgar Imamverdi and Ali Imamverdi, “Ali Dede peak of Azerbaijani music” by associate professor Tahira Karimova, “Dance melodies by Master Ali Dede” by associate professor Rauf Bahmanli were talked about and information was given on the unique creative features of each publication.
