Italian turkologist Ettore Rossi’s article “Studies about the Book of Dede Gorgud” was translated into our language and published. The work of the scientist is fully presented in the book, translated and compiled by Gumru Shahriyar, PhD in Philology, senior researcher of the Department of Folklore of Turkic Peoples of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS and some explanations and comments were also given. The book was published in the publishing house “Sabah”. The scientific editor of the book is Professor Afzaladdin Asker.

It should be noted that Ettore Rossi published the text and the Italian translation of the second manuscript of “The Book of Dede Gorgud”, i.e. the Vatican manuscript together with a large “Foreword”.
