These thoughts were expressed by Doctor of Sciences in Philology, Associate Professor Shakir Albaliyev in an interview with AZERTAC. In his opinion, complaints are made to Yel Baba about the injustice in the social order: “It confirms that people, just as on the sacred day of Windy Tuesday, at other times as well, asked for help from Yel Baba and believed that he would cure their problems.
