The signing of a peace treaty after the Victory in the Second Karabakh War and the opening of the Zangezur corridor will make a significant contribution to strengthening peace and stability in the region. The Zangezur corridor project, which was implemented as a result of the far-sighted policy and determined will of the head of state, will allow our country to establish more efficient and reliable transport links between Europe and Asia. This project is of great political and economic importance not only regionally, but also internationally.

These words were said by the President of ANAS, Academician Isa Habibbeyli, during his speech at the next event titled “The Academy’s Zangezurname: From Folklore Collections to Academic Researches” organized by the Academy within the framework of the 11^th Baku International Book Fair.

Academician Isa Habibbeyli noted that a number of scientific institutions of ANAS signed a memorandum of cooperation with the National Library of Morocco within the framework of the 11^th Baku International Book Fair, mentioning that this initiative served to expand international scientific relations.

The head of ANAS mentioned that the 11^th Baku International Book Fair played the role of an important platform that brought together representatives of science, literature, public opinion and wished the book authors new creative successes.
