On the 10^th of February the head of the department Ceremonial folklore of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Agaverdi Khalilov gave an extensive interview to AZERTAJ about the horse-drawn games of Karabakh. In the interview it is said about the place and importance of Karabakh horse games in our culture, as well as the archaic ritual elements that these games carry. The scientist also provided detailed information about the game “chovken”, one of the rare examples of games in human culture.
