On the 1^st-2^nd of June with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the organization of the Public Union to Support the Study of Cultural Heritage “Heritage” the international festival was held in the folk tourism place of Tarakema yurt in Gageli village of Agsu region, within the framework of the project of holding the 5^th international folklore festival “Terekeme Charshenbesi”. Within the framework of the festival, there were performances by folk groups from Baku and various regions of Azerbaijan, juggler, zorkhana, archery, etc. national games are shown. At the festival the exhibition-fair consisting of works of art and decorative-craftsmanship was organized.

The holding of the festival coincides with the adoption of the nomadic lifestyle and migration routes into the UNESCO list. The main goal of the festival organizers is the sustainability of the festival, its inclusion in the list of UNESCO’s primary intangible cultural heritage.

Masters from Baku, Ganja, Gabala, Aghdam, Barda, Fuzuli, Aghdash, Lahij, Basgal, Gageli, Bijo and other places joined the exhibition-fair. The national costumes were also displayed. The festival was attended by representatives from Turkey, Italy, Georgia, Estonia, Israel, Algeria and other countries.

Leading researcher of the department Mythology of Institute of Folklore ANAS, PhD., associate professor Elchin Galiboglu participated in the festival, explored the possibilities of collecting and studying folklore heritage of the region, met with folklore speakers and narrators.
