Karabakh folklore was discussed in the program “Dastandan uzu beri” on the Azerbaijani radio

Senior researcher of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, PhD Elchin Galiboglu was a guest of the program “Dastandan uzu beri” on the Azerbaijani radio. The program devoted to Karabakh folklore and the information about the folklore of the region and the publications of the Institute of Folklore was given. As well as, the art of ashug and mugham were talked about, there was an exchange of views on representatives of both great creative worlds. The main historical city of Karabakh was touched upon the moments related to the comprehensive survival of the people’s spirit at the folk festivities held from time to time in Shusha, after which it was expressed confidence that such events will be held again in Shusha. First of all, it was noted that our rich folklore formed in Karabakh was living on these lands throughout history, confirming its existence, incomparable culture created by our ancestors, continuous memory of our ancestors, it was emphasized that the claims of Armenians have no historical and moral basis.
