“Fikrat Sadig’s activity in the literary environment and the folklore motifs in the poet’s poetry”

PhD, associate professor Atif Islamzade, the leading scientific worker of ANAS Institute of Folklore, took part in the online presentation of the book “Jighir”, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the well-known poet Fikrat Sadig, which was re-published with additions on the 31st of May in 2020. At the online meeting the poet-publicist R.Gusarchayli, the poet’s son, writer-publicist O.Fikratoglu, the organizer A.Fikret and others spoke about the poet’s life and activity. PhD, associate professor Atif Islamzade made a report on the theme “Fikrat Sadig’s activity in the literary environment and the folklore motifs in the poet’s poetry”. The report was met with great interest and it was considered to include it in a new book prepared in the form of an article about Fikrat Sadig.
