The book “Folklore and Islam: theoretical-epic context” has been published
 The book “Folklore and Islam: theoretical-epic context” by the leading researcher of the Institute of Folklore Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, PhD, associate professor Galib Sayilov has been published. In the publication the theoretical foundations of the problem of “folklore and religion” (semantics of myth-religion-folklore relations), one of the areas of constant research in folklore are investigated. The transformative processes associated with Islam, the doctrinal changes and the poetry-semantics of the epochal transitions, as well as the motivation levels of the Islamic idea in the system of epic genres of Azerbaijan are investigated in the epos “Oghuzname”.
