The 3rd International Journal Black Sea Symposium on Social Sciences
On the 19th of November “The 3rd International Journal Black Sea Symposium on Social Sciences” organized by the Institute of Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi and the Institute of Folklore of ANAS started.
About a hundred scientists and specialists from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Georgia and other countries take part in the symposium.
Speaking at the event, vice-president of ANAS, director of the Institute of Literature, academician Isa Habibbeyli mentioned about the friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, and added that these relations were connected with the ancient historical roots. He noted that the cooperation between the two countries in all spheres was successfully continuing. Saying that Azerbaijan-Turkey scientific relations are developing rapidly, the vice-president of ANAS noted that various symposiums and conferences on Turkish science and literature are held annually at the Academy.
Director of the Institute of Folklore, academician Mukhtar Imanov, vice-rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, professor Asaf Zamanov, Cultural and Propaganda advisor of the Embassy of Turkey in Azerbaijan Irfan Chiftchi, professors Erdogan Altinkaynak, Ruin Gavrelishvili and other speakers spoke about the scientific and philosophical nature of the International Journal and wished success to the International Symposium.
The symposium continued its work in the section sessions. In general 96 reports will be listened at the three-day international event.
