The epos “Aslan shah and Ibrahim” was presented in the project “Epos nights”

The epos “Aslan shah and Ibrahim” was presented at the International Mugam Center on the 28th of September within the framework of the project “Epos nights”. The meeting was realized together with International Mugham Centre and Institute of Folklore of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. The epos was retold by Ashug Ashraf Gariboglu who was the last apprentice of Ashug Kamandar. In his performance the ashug began the epos with “ustadname”. Then the ashug used the musical melodies such as “Mikhayi”, “Mansiri”, “Dilgami”, “Bayrami”, “Mammadbagiri”, “Yanig Kerem”, “Ruhani”, etc. The epos was very interesting for the audiences.
