The book “Encyclopedia of repression” has been published
The book “Encyclopedia of repression” by the late professor, Doctor of Philology, Honored teacher Jalal Gasimov has been published. The editor of the book published in the publishing house “Imza” is Mahir Javadli, compilers are Sevda Gasimova and Gulnar Osmanova. This book with 216 pages consists of a list of people affected by the “red terror” prepared by the head of the department of Folklore and written literature of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS, Doctor of Philology, Professor Jalal Gasimov on the basis of materials from various archives. This list is a small part of the repressed. The scientist, who did not commit to the publication of the encyclopedia for life, was very hopeful that it would be durable while starting this difficult work.
