III Karabakh conference Modern Studies in Social and Humanitarian Sciences was held
On the 8th-9th June in 2022 the Institute of Economic Development and Social Studies of Turkey (IKSAD), Institute of Folklore ANAS, Institute of Caucasus Studies of ANAS, Institute of Linguistics named after Nasimi of ANAS, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Nakhchivan State University, “Nakhchivan” University and Central Scientific Library of ANAS jointly organized “III Karabakh Modern Research Conference in Social and Humanitarian Sciences” within the framework of Shusha year-2022. Up to a hundred reports were heard in twelve sections at the conference held online via the Zoom platform.
On the 10th of June the conference continued face to face with the participation of more than two hundred speakers in ten sections of the Central Scientific Library of ANAS. It should be noted that the above-mentioned international conference was organized in accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated January 05, 2022 on the declaration of 2022 as the “Year of Shusha”.
The international conference was attended by representatives from Turkey, Azerbaijan, Iran, Indonesia, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Brazil, Malaysia, South Africa, Iraq and Ukraine.
