The book “Jabrayil: Galali mehellesi” was published

The book “Jabrayil: Galali mahallesi” by Gumru Shahriyar, employee of the department of Folklore of Turkic peoples of Institute of Folklore ANAS, was published. The book, published by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute of folklore, is about the Shusha people who went to Jabrayil region in order to get rid of the Armenian aggression at the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th centuries, their role in the socio-cultural life of the region, the event held in the years and so on. The adviser of the book is professor of AMU, president of Azerbaijan Psychiatric Association Nadir Ismayilov, editor-in-chief PhD, associate professor Naila Asker and PhD, associate professor Nigar Hasanova. The book is a valuable source for folklorists, ethnographers who want to study the history, ethnography, folklore of Karabakh ─ Shusha ─ Jabrail and is intended for a wide audience of readers.
