The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS was held
The Scientific Council of the Institute of Folklore was held on the 31st of May in 2021. Director of the Institute, academician Mukhtar Kazimoglu-Imanov opened the meeting. Different problems such as implementation of individual plan works in the research departments of the Institute, making changes in the composition of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Folklore, the scientific names such as Professor to Doctor of Philology Ramazan Gafarli and associate professor Afzaladdin Asgarova, the associate professor to PhD Sevinj Aliyeva were mentioned.
Deputy director for scientific affairs of the Institute on the first issue, PhD, associate professor Oruj Aliyev mentioned that there were problems related to the submission of individual plan works carried out in the research departments to the archive and said that departments were given a short time to eliminate these problems.
The second issue on the agenda was informed by academician Mukhtar-Kazimoglu Imanov about changes to the structure of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Folklore of ANAS. Head of the department of Folklore and written literature Professor Jalal Gasimov was proposed to be included in the Scientific Council as a member. After a short discussion, the members of the Scientific Council voted for the issue.
